A Hat a Day

To contribute an utterly trivial observation:

Lucy has quite an odd assortment of winter hats.

Here she is riding on Mommy's back in the Ergo carrier, looking trey nordic and sporting a yellow sweater that her Daddy himself once wore.

And on the Brooklyn Bridge in her stylish handmade knit that puts to shame the $70 knit hats found in the Park Slope baby boutiques (for non-New Yorkers, I am absolutely serious about the price).

And here, the $10 ice queen hat that Mommy, in desperation, purchased on 7th Avenue immediately after leaving the store with the $70 hat.
